Todd McEfee - Architect/Consultant
Todd is a master of many disciplines and yet is always eager to help guide others in honing their own greatness. With 40 years of industry experience and 30 of those as a licensed architect he maintains his team spirit preferring to provide a solid foundation and indispensable support for the firm at large rather than grab the spotlight. Todd has been there from the very beginning—1990, and is a cornerstone of the firm. His insight and guidance is cherished and he drives everyone to produce structural and procedural excellence. He is the ultimate “closer” when it comes to perfecting project documentation, but his designs are equally as exceptional - a perfect blend of skills for the complex projects that are a staple of Trilogy. Josh Cuthbertson - Architect/Consultant
In true futurist fashion, Josh has always been focused on building legacy. In an age when so much of architecture is disposable, he has a passion to innovate how we live, work and engage with environments – to improve their utility, ensuring his buildings stand the test of time. It was something that was instilled in him by his grandfather; a builder in his own right. This sense of familial legacy gives him a “7th generation mindset”; that what we make should be done with care for at least the next seven generations.
His rigorous pursuit of this aim has driven him to constantly refine his design and construction approaches and process. He’s helped Trilogy remove much of the barriers that maintained the siloed approaches to building, of the past. His approach is to further incorporate design and build more seamlessly, so that clients can enjoy a streamlined process, from inception to completion. Part of his secret is that he creates client and vendor support with the latest technologies, such as renderings that can be experienced in real time through virtual reality and smartphone connectivity. Josh has been with Trilogy since 2008 and is Principal Architect . He holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design and a Masters of Architecture from Montana State University and sits on the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Interfaith Design Committee. He resides in Northern California.
