“It takes an enormous amount of trust in your architect to risk gutting a twenty-two year old classic home in the hopes of turning it into a modern, elegant space.  The Trilogy team completely met this trust.”

– Pamela McNeill, Owner

“James, and the entire Trilogy team, are a godsend. Not only are they an incredibly talented and qualified team of architects but their patience, support, professionalism, and passion or the project is what truly differentiates them. I’ve already worked with Trilogy on three projects for our summer camp and look forward to continuing our relationship for many years to come!”

“We went to Trilogy with a vague idea of what we wanted for our “cabin” in rural Shasta County. They skillfully and patiently helped us identify the design elements that were most important to us. Working within our modest budget Trilogy created a plan that wowed us from the first time we saw it. The final design gave us everything we were looking for and few things we hadn’t contemplated but turned out to be great ideas. The project was completed in March 2018 with no major surprises and essentially on budget. We now have a stunning off-grid contemporary “cabin”. Nice job Trilogy.”

“Trilogy Architecture designed a major expansion of our community health center a few years ago, and we are currently working with them on a concept for an ambitious new project as well. In each case, Trilogy has consistently provided us with services that are both professional and inspired, paying close attention to aspects of design that we and our board care about most: green building, aesthetics, functionality, and staying within our budget. They come through with what they promise and are a pleasure to work with. I have also seen the excellent work that Trilogy has performed for a private home owner; they are able to work at all scales with brilliant results. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“I team up with Architects all over the United States. Trilogy Architecture is one of the few firms that I have worked with that delivers exceptional quality through a highly collaborative process that significantly reduces issues during construction. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to have a successful commercial or residential design start to finish, contact Trilogy before they look elsewhere, they will not be disappointed!”

“I have worked with Trilogy Architecture and its principal architect and owner James Theimer since 2008 on a number of school and religious projects. Their studio approach to interior design is unique in understanding the importance of ALL parts of the building design process, from initial design all the way through selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment. They appreciate how both budgets and designs can be ruined without early coordination of these critical but often overlooked parts of the project. As such, we have had many successful collaborations with designs – and clients – where everyone was happy with the result.”

“My wife and I are from Cheyenne, Wyoming (where there are few architecture firms) and we wanted a home that would fit our needs with our growing family and we wanted it to be as energy efficient as possible. We had a face to face initial meeting with the architect who sat down with my wife and I and literally said, ‘What do you guys want in your house?’

We gave him how many bedrooms, bathrooms, energy efficiency, etc. The Trilogy team took all of that into consideration and we exchanged emails, phone calls and GoToMeetings where they would review what they were thinking in a certain aspect of his design. The company was very patient with us, which was nice from our perspective. Once we were done designing everything, they let us just sit on it for a year to make sure that is what we wanted. Then once we were ready to get the construction documents/blueprints completed, they did that as well in a short amount of time and were able to hand us both an electronic and hard copy of the plans. It was an investment that was well worth it…my wife and I live in a wonderful home for our family that is environmentally conscious, fits in with the traditional-type of neighborhood that we live in and the company was flexible in working with us throughout the whole process. Trilogy gives you that “close-family” feel where the people care about you and your wants and needs”

“I would highly recommend James Theimer and his staff at Trilogy. As a contractor, I have completed projects from many different architects, and although most are capable of completing schematic drawings, James and his team bring a level of creativity in their design that I typically do not see elsewhere. What impresses me the most is their vigilant dedication to uncompromisingly blend style, functionality, efficiency, and sustainability in every project that they are a part of. I have recommended Trilogy on several of my negotiated projects and when it came time to build my personal residence, I of course used Trilogy Architecture.”

“As the director of a small non-profit agency, my experience with architecture is minimal. But having a 98 year building with all kinds of peculiarities, years of strange attempts at renovation, and predecessors who utilized chewing gum, baling wire, and probably a lot of duct tape, has meant a lot of learning and experiences that no job description could have defined.
Trilogy, a Redding company, stepped up and in, to help us. Their curiosity, creativity and high regard for the history and personality of the downtown area is huge. Their vision has helped us move towards accessibility, while preserving the uniqueness of the space. And Trilogy’s commitment to the non-profit businesses is amazing! Thank you to James Theimer, and Joshua Cuthbertson. We appreciate you and all of Trilogy’s team!”
